Bill Kulchin is an insurance broker with over 25 years experience. Bill has a solid background in creating and managing insurance programs for manufacturers, real estate owners, food processors and retail businesses, helping these clients achieve and maintain competitive and cost effective insurance solutions. His approach is to give his clients comprehensive tools to assess their risk and identify the best insurance strategies.

Bill began his insurance career as an assistant property underwriter in 1984 with a large managing general agency. After gaining experience on both company and agency sides of the insurance business, Bill and his team soon developed a specialty serving major clothing manufacturers. Today, the apparel insurance program provides coverage for more than 125 apparel companies including importers and distributors with foreign operations. He also provides service in workers compensation, safety program coordination, employee medical benefits and products liability risks.

A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Bill holds both a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation. He holds licenses in both property and casualty and life and health benefits.

Derek Ross specializes in property/casualty and employee benefits insurance for all types of industries. In addition to recommending, analyzing and developing insurance programs, Derek provides Disaster Prevention Training, Annual Claim Reviews and Specialized Loss Control Programs to help his clients lower their risk ratio and improve their bottom line. His expertise also includes controlling workers’ compensation experience modifications by implementing risk management mechanisms.

Derek is a Past President of the Independent Brokers and Agents of the San Fernando Valley (IBA SFV) where he has represented the association in Washington D.C. and Sacramento, working with legislators to reform insurance regulations.

Derek is also a very dedicated community volunteer and is experienced with disaster prepardedness training. He shares his expertise with several organizations, including Volunteer in Policing (V.I.P), Disaster Assistance Response Team (D.A.R.T), and Oak Park Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.).

In 2008, constituents elected Derek as a member of the Municipal Advisory Council in his local community of Oak Park, California and he has recently served as the Chair of that Council.

Angela Camacho started her insurance career right out of high school in 1994, working at a small personal lines agency.  In 1999 she decided to take on a more challenging job and moved to Frenkel & Company learning commercial lines.  In 2010, Angela received her CISR (Customer Insurance Services Representative) designation and continues to learn and grow in the commercial insurance industry.  Angela has worked with Derek Ross since 2005.
